Seed to oil to fuel and feed.
Modular processing technology that turns Australian-grown canola and sunflower seed, and used cooking oil, into cooking oil, low-carbon diesel, lubricants and animal feed.
One oilseed, four useful products
Full processing technology from the seed to oil, fuel and lubricants. The oil becomes food and fuel, and the oil cake becomes stock feed.
Cooking oil
Organic cooking oil pressed from canola or sunflower seed.
Diesel
Vehicle diesel and light diesel made from plant oil and used cooking oil.
Lubricants and greases
Plant-oil based oils and greases in a range of viscosities.
Animal feed
Oil cake left after pressing, used as a feed ingredient for livestock.
From the paddock to the fuel tank
Grow and collect
Australian-grown canola or sunflower seed, plus used cooking oil collected locally.
Press
Seed is pressed into cooking oil. The remaining oil cake goes to animal feed.
Convert
Oil is converted with an enzyme process into diesel and lubricant base oils.
Supply locally
Fuel, oil and feed are produced and used in the region where the seed is grown.

Home-grown fuel for a country that relies on imports
Australia depends heavily on imported crude oil and refined fuel. Distributed regional plants using local canola, sunflower and waste cooking oil can add domestic supply, support farm incomes and create regional jobs.

Plants built across Asia and Africa
Our technology has been built into diesel plants in Indonesia, Malaysia, China and South Africa, and into a micro-diesel system for a construction company in Singapore.
